This year marks an exciting new chapter for Jewish life at FAU with the opening of The Newman Bernstein Hillel, a vibrant new home designed specifically for Jewish students.

The Newman Bernstein Hillel will serve as a hub for community, learning, celebration, and connection, featuring:

Dedicated study and lounge space

  • A classroom for Jewish learning and leadership development

  • Kosher facilities for Shabbat, holidays, and special events

  • A covered outdoor patio for socializing and community-building

Hillel at NSU is home to the only dedicated Jewish student space on campus—a welcoming environment where students can gather, relax, study, celebrate, and build community together.
