Greg Yellin, Assistant Director
Greg has worked for the Hillel movement for the past nine years. He has held positions at The University of Vermont Hillel Rutgers Hillel and was most recently the Director of the Hillel Las Vegas. In this capacity, Greg works with students looking to connect to Jewish life on campus and rebuilding the foundation of Jewish life at schools in the Las Vegas Valley.
Greg grew up in New Jersey and was very active in USY both regionally and on the International level. Following high school, he participated in the Nativ Gap year program where he spent one semester studying at Hebrew University in Jerusalem and then worked on a Kibbutz for the second half of the year. Greg then received a degree in Jewish studies from Rutgers University where he was very involved in Hillel and also worked locally in a Hebrew school and a USY advisor.
Greg is very excited to move to South Florida with his wife Amanda, who is a native Floridian.
